Giddygamer.com receives certain personally identifiable data about customers, from such electronic payment organisations as PayPal, when a customer orders giddygamer.com products. This information is used to confirm and transfer electronic payment or refunds for products for services, and to establish the country of residence of the customer, in order to determine our liability for local sales taxes, as required by law.
Giddygamer.com will collect personally identifiable data from you when you establish or update a user account on the giddygamer.com site. This information is used only to manage your account and to enable us to identify you satisfactorily should you have problems accessing the account. Passwords use industry standard encryption and cannot be decrypted or recovered.
